Tristin Morton is a writer for television and film, having worked in the story department for television series such as CBC’s THE ROMEO SECTION, Syfy’s VAN HELSING, and CBC’s reboot of the hit series STREET LEGAL.

Currently, she is in development on an original screenplay called THE ARREST with Director & Producer Kevin Eastwood of Optic Nerve Films.

Previous to her writing career, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Victoria, majoring in Creative Writing and Visual Arts, and got her start in the industry as a story analyst for feature film at the independent production company Sepia Films. Tristin attained the position of Director of Development and over the years she worked with many writers and filmmakers to foster their projects towards production.
